        Verdict

        Master George, who was just begining to feel the pinch when departing at Sandown, will be much happier at this level, but he has no easy task giving weight to Tana River. The latter has faced some stiff tasks to date over hurdles, but this certainly looks his easiest task and he is taken to lose his maiden tag. Cyindien has shown enough to suggest he should win a novice, but he looks set to play the bridesmaid again. Others to note include Accademic, who is a half-brother to a couple of winning pointers and hurdling debutante Grey Brother, who showed a little ability in bumpers.
