In depth

Verdict

WAYDOWNSOUTH was in winning form around this time a year ago and can race from a lower mark so with Jack Kennedy's claim to help he can get back on the winning trail. Sailors Warn is better known as a hurdler but hasn't been in the best of form while Jocular is tackling this trip for the first time. When In Doubt has never raced on anything but soft ground but finished runner-up over the trip last time while Senior Counsel wasn't beaten far on his comeback at Dundalk and is entitled to come on for the run. My Twinkle looked a certain future winner before a moderate run at Navan while Brightly Shining could get into contention on his debut over the trip and his first handicap start.
