After a promising first run for Jessica Harrington, Shawami flopped when favourite at Dundalk last month. It’s possible she didn’t handle the surface but all-weather winner BUDDHA BOY probably only need reproduce his latest second on Polytrack to get off the mark on Turf here, despite a 4lb higher mark. Few of the others make much appeal on what little they’ve shown so far, though the former Brian Meehan-trained Abundant Courage will probably have needed last month’s run at Cork.
