Verdict

GRAINEYHILL makes a quick reappearance after a facile victory in a Clonmel handicap on Thursday for which a 6lb penalty looks wholly inadequate to prevent a follow-up. The Ballyboys showed his liking for testing conditions when just holding on at Limerick last month though a 6lb rise makes this tougher. Ballymadun is another mudlark who ran well at Clonmel last month though he's 8lb higher than his only victory to date. Milly was making her handicap debut and racing on heavy ground for the first time when an excellent second at Tramore and with more to come she could provide the main threat. Queen Khaleesi is invariably thereabouts at this level and could snatch a place again.
