Verdict

Action Pursuits was sent to Ayr for his debut over a mile and ran well for a long way before fading. King Tout hasn't performed badly in two stronger maidens than this while Sir Run Run led until the final furlong when tackling a mile at Gowran. It's a surprise that Flowerhill Nova is still a maiden after a few near misses and tackling this extra furlong could enable him to finally get on the scoresheet. However, TIME TO REASON made great strides on his previous runs when second to Midnight Crossing at Leopardstown last week so he's expected to go one better.
