Verdict

BENISSIMO (NAP) ran well in a much stronger contest than this at Newbury just over two weeks ago. He wouldn't need to improve much on that to land this with his rider's claim a plus. Flat winner Nicholascopernicus will have learned plenty from his debut over timber at Doncaster and could be the one for forecast-backers ahead of Wetherby sixth Acertain Circus. Towcester fifth Wish In A Well may be the pick of the remainder as Time And Again steps out of bumpers and Clock On Tom has gone backwards since a second at Sedgefield in October.
