In depth
Verdict
Rooster, gets the confident vote in this hunter chase with Hadeqa, Mydante, and Lord Euro rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair fifth behind Sleeping Night last time out. This represents a drop in class and with conditions in his favour he will be hard to beat. Hadeqa rates the main danger on his best form but he was let down by his jumping last time and these tricky fences may catch him out and at likely odds he looks worth opposing. Mydante is another worthy of respect on his latest third behind Sir Alf but the drop in trip is not sure to suit and for that reason he is opposed, Of the remainder Mashwe would have a chance if he is fit after a long absence and he is worth noting in the market but for the winner we return to Rooster.
