In depth

Verdict

Both Twist Bookie and Charlie Tango landed themselves in the winners enclosure last time out and will be the main contenders again in this contest with the latter named being given the nod. Charlie Tango had one run over hurdles last year before a decent campaign on the flat. He came good first time of asking this year though at Sedgefield and looks the type to progress through the season. Twist Bookie never won on the level but won his first hurdle race at big odds last time out at Ludlow. He has obviously progressed but now has something to prove if he is to follow up. A careful look at the market should be taken into consideration concerning Fabulous Jet as his form on his only hurdle run looks average but he was good enough to win four races on the flat and the yard are doing well at the moment but for the winner we return to Charlie Tango.
