    Verdict

Basle would have every chance if producing last year's best form on her return to action, but SUPREME SPIRIT makes plenty of appeal. She won her maiden at Ripon last June and with a recent reappearance at the same track under her belt, Dandy Nicholl's filly can find enough improvement to take this on only her fifth start. C&D winner The Jailer won at Brighton last time and should go well again despite penalty, while Talamahana produced a better effort at Bath on her latest start and looks best of the rest.
