Verdict

Master Of Irony steps up in trip in first-time blinkers but has been in the handicapper's grip since winning at Windsor in the spring. Buonarroti has been bumped up 9lb for winning over a slightly longer distance at Ayr while Monotype is definitely more effective over further, though connections would welcome more rain. Beaverbrook has become very disappointing but MAN LOOK bounced back from a below-par run at Chester to finish second at Sandown and could be value to get back on the winning trail.
