PINK EYED PEDRO makes a quick return here after landing a decent handicap chase six days ago. Back over timber, he can defy a 7lb penalty and complete a nine-day hat-trick which began over hurdles at Worcester. This does looks a tougher assignment though, with the in-form combination of Dovils Date and Charlie Price looking to make it four on the bounce. A decisive winner last time, he's a potent danger having rediscovered his form with a vengeance which has elicited a 24lb rise since his winning run began. Jimmy Rabbitte only succumbed by a short head last time and makes the shortlist in receipt of weight all round in a good contest.
