Verdict

After three run in bumpers, it’s almost certain that a switch to hurdles will suit Nicky Henderson’s mare NONESUCH, who isn’t highly tried here. Barranco Valley returned from a very long absence to finish fourth at Exeter in March and has had wind surgery since. Represented was pulled up when last seen at Taunton in November but was placed at the same track earlier and would have claims on that form. Fu Fu was second at Fontwell two weeks ago but never threatened the winner.
