In depth

Verdict

Minellacelebration made a winning reappearance at Aintree but is now on a career-high mark. Forgot To Ask came good over a shorter trip here last month but has yet to prove he stays this far and Psychedelic Rock is probably also better over shorter trips. Dead Right was well backed making his chasing debut over course and distance and is entitled to improve while Aubusson was second at Newton Abbot after getting back to winning ways at Ludlow. Gardiners Hill is a much-improved performer and Kings Monarch is not out of thus but recent course and distance winner BALLY LONGFORD usually runs his race and has run well off higher marks in the past so gets the nod.
