Verdict
Jan Jandura has solid claims back over hurdles after a three outings over the larger obstacles. He makes more appeal than King Of Castile who is returning from a lay-off, but he may find FLOWERBUD too good. The latter went close when runner-up in a similar contest at Hereford last time finishing a distance clear of the third-placed horse and Brian Barr's charge gets the nod. Bon Spiel has been running well without looking like winning and can make the frame again, with Downe Payment the best of the rest.
