      Verdict

      Diamond Johnny G and Custom House look no nearer winning despite their slide down the weights, while Kipchak has gone off the boil altogether. Proper Charlie is proving inconsistent this year though he's not easily dismissed on his best form. Last year's Ffos Las maiden winner DELAWARE DANCER showed her first worthwhile form of the season when runner-up at Chepstow last time. She has the scope for further improvement and Jeremy Gask's filly gets the vote.
