Verdict
Cosmopolitan Lady gets the confident vote in the opener with A Nod And A Wink and Festive Tipple rating the main dangers, The selection has had plenty of chances but a reproduction of his latest fourth behind Just Joey sets a fair standard and he need only run up to that mark top score. A Nod And A Wink rates the main danger as he is a well bred type and he is sure to have learnt from his debut experience so should be noted in the market. Festive Tipple is a Tipsy Creek colt and will not have to be anything special to take a hand in the finish. Of the remainder Honest Danger showed a modicum of ability and is sure to improve but he may be seen to better effect over a longer trip in time and for the winner we return to Cosmopolitan Lady.
