Verdict

DEERSLAYER has been in good form at this level, winning at Brighton before going close at Kempton last time. He comes out best at the weights today and is fancied to get the better of Lutine Charlie, who scored on the turf at Lingfield on his penultimate start. Kipchak won a handicap over C&D last time and should be thereabouts back in this company, but Fault seems to have gone off the boil since winning at Leicester last month and the remainder look up against it.
