    In depth

    Verdict

Having run well on her only start as a juvenile and again on her reappearance when a decent third behind Stoic in a maiden at Newmarket it hard to get away from Marcus Tregoning's TAFAOOL, who gets the vote to open her account with the main dangers rated as Lilly Royal and Game Stalker. Saeed Bin Suroor's colt ran promisingly when fourth in a Cheptow maiden on his only start in May and has to be respected on his belated return with improvement anticipated for his debut outing. Henry Cecil's Silk And Satin ran well at Chester two starts ago but showed little on either start either side of that run and he looks best watched. The two newcomers make limited appeal with Bengers Lass looking the best of them and of more interest may be Lilly Royal. Bryn Palling's filly ran well on heavy ground at Nottingham two starts ago but has shown little either side of that and he looks best left out of calculations unless the rain falls. There seems to be little strength in depth in this contest that is taken to go to Tafaool.
