Verdict
Some interesting newcomers here including John Dunlop's Fantasia's Forest and Michael Bell's Revivalist but they will need to be useful to get the better of those with experience and the vote goes to Safendonseabiscuit, who is preferred to Laconicos. The last mentioned is trained by David Loder but he has been a beaten favourite in each of his two starts so far and is becoming expensive to follow. Although the step up to six furlongs is likely to suit the son of Foxhound, preference is for Sylvester Kirk's Safendonseabiscuit. The son of Danzig Connection showed improved form at Doncaster last time when a length third behind Crimson Sun and a reproduction of that form may suffice. Fantasia's Forest hails from a stable whose juveniles have been showing signs of running into form of late, while Revivalist is a daughter of Derby winner Benny The Dip, who may need further. A market move for King Of Blues would be of interest, while Ed Dunlop's Pacific Star may do better returned to today's trip having seemingly failed to stay seven furlongs last time. Very few of the others warrant a mention in a race that is taken to go to Safendonseabiscuit.
