    Verdict

Coolanly was a Grade 2 winner over hurdles and has already had a couple of runs over fences, placing twice. Mason Jar won three times over the smaller obstacles last season and proved largely consistent. He wears cheekpieces on his chasing bow but I K BRUNEL possibly has the greater scope having had just seven career starts. He’s won three times and is sure to have had plenty of schooling ahead of his first try over fences. Black Buble is in the handicapper’s grip over hurdles so seeks an escape in the chasing ranks but Full Back may have a better long-term future and, like the selection, has won around here already.
