Verdict

Kings Walk was sent off favourite on his racecourse debut here last May but only managed third and hasn't been seen since. He's a half-brother to three winning chasers so may not shine until tackling fences. Pomme Rouge has an interesting pedigree and so does fellow newcomer Hang 'em High but the experience of November's Taunton winner Blu Cavalier and LASER LIGHT should stand them in good stead. The latter made an impressive debut under Rules at Towcester and is taken to defy his penalty.
