Verdict
A wide open contest rounds off proceedings with not much between a lot of the runners but the principals look to be Bell Tor, Count Tony and Irishkawa Bellevue and we will take a chance on Count Tony. The nine year old won in good style last time out when defeating Impero at Market Rasen and although he has risen in the weights he is taken to score again with conditions in his favour. Bell Tor rates the main danger on his latest second behind Kentford Grebe but he has never run two races alike so for that reason is opposed. Irishkawa Bellevue is also worthy of respect he is a course and distance winner and was a good second behind We'll Make It at Sandown last time. Of the remainder Lancashire Lass was a fair third last time but is still a maiden after 19 starts so we are happy to stick with Count Tony.
