In depth
Verdict
Jersey Wonder’s lack of experience was evident at Taunton in December but he was staying on in the closing stages. Truckers Pass would have leading claims on his second to the useful Do Your Job at Ffos Las in October but he was well below that form when a beaten favourite at Doncaster in January. SCARPIA could be the interesting one dropped in trip as he has been improving with experience and finished only half-a-length behind Saturday’s Newbury winner Iron Heart in a jumpers’ bumper at Kempton last time. Sandy Brook landed a Hereford bumper three weeks ago and also has a squeak.
