Verdict
The likes of Sirobbie, Pilbara, Sandy Boy and Itsaboutime are all in a struggle for form at present. In contrast, ROYAL LAKE has bounced back to form the last twice and still is rated some way below his previous best off a current mark of 94. Blade Runner stays further than today's trip and is suited by forecast conditions but may struggle to give 11lb to the selection. It's a similar story with Lanspark who is performing creditably but possibly looks in the handicapper's grip.
