In depth

Verdict

King's Realm got his act together in the summer, winning at Wetherby and Stratford. But he hasn't raced since July, would prefer faster going and is unproven over this trip. MAKETHE MOSTOFNOW is less exposed and stayed on strongly to score over 2m4f at Ffos Las in November. Successful over 3m in a Punchestown point-to-point a year ago, this powerfully-built son of Milan looks to have a bright future and has more scope than recent Folkestone fourth Promised Wings. It's safe to assume that Bold Chief will improve on his fourth in a Chepstow bumper now tackling hurdles but he may just need the experience today and Twin Bud has had plenty of chances in the past.
