Adelphi Theatre (USA) Decent middle-distance handicapper on the flat and made an encouraging hurdles bow at Exeter. This is no harder and he looks the one to beat.
Beau Brun (FR) Absent for two years after being tailed off at Huntingdon on his only start so far.
British Volunteer (IRE) Hurdles debut. Shaped with some promise in a bumper here in April. Market may tell us if he is ready.
Commanche Law (IRE) Showed little in sole start over hurdles, admittedly in a decent race at Newbury. Off for nearly a year since then , though, and others preferred here.
Hawadeth Winner on the flat at Haydock before moving to Ireland. Returned to this country with a fair second in a decent race at Chepstow and a reproduction of that sort of form would give him a decent chance here.
Northern Tennessee (IRE) Bumper winner at Huntingdon in May. Bit disappointing on hurdles bow at Chepstow but probably capable of better.
