Verdict

Clearly In Motion is taken to account for Tarkesar and Brinkmanship. Charlie Mann cleverly waited to break his maiden with Clearly In Motion and as a consequence, he is eligible to race in Novices' races rather than take on elders at present. The ground should represent little in the way of worry and the trip should be fine on all past evidence. Tarkesar finished third at Bangor in a recent event over shorter. He has risen plenty up the handicap and the percentage call is that of reluctant opposition. Brinksmanship won a bad race at Market Rasen on soft going. That was his first sign of confirming bumper promise and it is interesting that Richard Johnson has been booked. The Iron Giant has threatened to win races on the level but rarely does. Leonardo's Friend has more experience than most and sets the benchmark. Mistified took a long time to discover the winning habit and is stepped up in trip in pursuit of a third success over the term. Lady Roania stays further than today's trip but has not progressed for stepping up to further. Court Emperor is still a maiden after many starts. Clearly In Motion looks the pick and we seek not to oppose.
