This looks a tricky opener. Lawney Hill trained the winner a couple of years ago and her Miss Mayfair is interesting as she's run her best races here so far, though was behind veteran Absolute Shambles on heavy ground over course and distance in November and the latter was a long way adrift of Marmalade Man here 10 day ago. Seamus Mullins' charge must have a decent chance of breaking his duck but AIRMEN'S FRIEND will enjoy the better going and has won off a higher mark over fences. He gets a tentative vote as Leicester second Cool Bob is still a maiden after 40 career starts and Elegant Olive may need this.
