Caunay made a successful return to action in a conditionals' handicap over C&D last week and escapes a penalty in this higher grade. He can't be ignored but novice Green Du Ciel has his fair share of weight and Well Refreshed has his first start since breaking his duck at Uttoxeter in March. Grams And Ounces and Promised Wings may also need the run but NOT SO SURE DICK has had a couple of runs recently and should be cherry-ripe now. He gets the nod as this is probably his best trip and he's back on the same mark as when just beaten at Fakenham in April, though he wouldn't want the ground to get any softer. Bun Oir will be all the better for his run at Huntingdon but has yet to show much since arriving from Ireland.
