TRANSATLANTIC can be forgiven his first run in this country as it was in the Imperial Cup and came after a lay-off. The French import is sailing in much calmer waters here and should be hard to beat if handling the ground. Dom Of Mary looks the danger with the point-to-point and bumper winner having finished second in two of his four runs over hurdles. Newtonian is probably better than he showed at Taunton in January but the remainder are harder to recommend.
