Verdict
Bramblehill Duke,Joint Authority and Sylphide are three against the field in another open affair and the tentative vote is given to Joint Authority. The selection was a fair fourth behind Six Of One last time out doing all his best work at the finish. This longer trip looks ideal and off what looks a fair mark he will be hard to beat. Bramblehill Duke rates the main danger on his latest second behind Dead-Eyed Dick but he is creeping up the weights without winning and for that reason he is passed over on this occasion. Sylphide is another worthy of respect as he has dropped to a handy mark but he has been very disappointing of late so can not be put forward with any confidence. Of the remainder Alpine Slave is one of the least exposed in the field and is open to a little improvement but his over all form leaves him with a little to find and for the winner we return to Joint Authority.
