Verdict

HYGROVE PERCY (NAP) is pitched in against his elders for the first time but has taken well to hurdles and could take advantage of a sizeable weight concession. The hat-trick seeking Solstalla has a penalty to carry for her win at Newton Abbot on Monday and Excellent Team is 10lb higher than when successful over track and trip two runs ago. Neither Istimraar nor Lilac Tree have shown enough lately to suggest they can give weight to the in-form three-year-old.
