Verdict

Harry Fry sends Drumcliff from the UK and he looked a smart chasing prospect when landing a Class 2 handicap at Uttoxeter on just his fifth start over fences. With Henry De Bromhead, Gordon Elliott and Willie Mullins all mob handed this looks as tricky as ever while Jessica Harrington has chances with her Neverushacon, who easily beat The Game Changer at Limerick, and Rock The World, last year's Grand Annual winner. Rachael Blackmore will have had the pick of the De Bromhead charges and goes for Valseur Lido, whose last victory was over Siviniaco Conti in a Grade 1 at Down Royal in 2016. Barry Geraghty has chosen SLOWMOTION of the JP McManus runners and last year's third looks to have been primed for this after a very good run over hurdles at Tipperary last month so he's handed the vote with last year's Cheltenham Festival winner Tully East, another who ran in that Tipperary hurdles event, taken as the main threat.
