Verdict

This isn't the strongest of bumpers and the market could prove a good guide to the chances of the only newcomer, Charles Byrnes' All Those Years, owned by J P McManus and related to several winning bumpers. Ooksoo is another worth noting in the betting after two poor runs over hurdles though from a yard going well. Ballylig has changed stables since a fair run at Downpatrick in January while Stowaway Sarah ran reasonably well at Wexford before having a run over timber. Valley Breeze has shown ability and should be suited by the step up in trip while Mcquinn stayed on strongly over 2m at Punchestown in June and normal progress should see him in the firing-line. TUDORS GLORY was always travelling well at Kilbeggan and though unable to cope with the odds-on Santana Plessis at the finish had the remainder a long way behind and can go one better.
