Verdict
AURORA VEGA has a family tradition to uphold. She’s a full sister to the Champion Bumper and dual Grade 1 hurdles winner Facile Vega but started her career in the best possible fashion with a 12-length win at Sligo and will likely be a short price to follow up here even though stablemate You Oughta Know also made an impressive winning start at Kilbeggan in May. Chef D'Etat is 2-2 and Lionnar and Crooked Tannie were both winners last time along with Feast. Final Decision was second at Punchestown after winning at Kilbeggan but is more exposed than most. Fort Randall was only second when favourite for a minor contest at Stratford a month ago.
