In depth
Verdict
Though he only won a maiden over hurdles, Tiger Voice had some decent form to his name and is interesting making his chasing bow. Pakens Rock was also useful over the smaller obstacles but JP McManus’ colours should be well to the fore in this with Gordon Elliott wasting no time putting Aramax, winner of the Fred Winter at Cheltenham in March, over fences. He had a pipe-opener at the Festival here in July but will not subdue Joseph O’Brien’s KONITHO without a fight. Mark Walsh’s mount has already had a couple of runs in chases and he just failed to hold off the rallying Get Trumped at Roscommon last month when the first two pulled clear.
