STREETS OF DOYEN developed into a decent novice hurdler last season, finishing third in the Albert Bartlett in March. He is a half-brother to three winning chasers so should make his mark over the larger obstacles. Bleu Berry won five times over hurdles including a Grade 2. He beat the useful Snow Falcon over timber at Punchestown in May but is jumping fences relatively late in life. City Island won the Ballymore in 2019 but his career path has rather strayed from the straight and narrow since but the former Cesarewitch winner Low Sun will have found 2m too short over hurdles here three days ago and has already placed twice in chases. Speak Easy is looking exposed, however, having failed to score in 10 races over fences.
