In depth

Verdict

Royal Intruder was on a 14lb higher mark a year ago and returned to form in a Sligo claimer last time. FAIRY WING is progressing at a rate of knots and could hardly have won more easily at Bellewstown and though the assessor has taken note and raised him 12lb he can complete the double. Topadee has gone up even more after his facile success at Tipperary though he's another making rapid progress and is respected. Cairdiuil returned to form with a battling victory at Killarney but both Xsquared and Liberty To Rock are held by Fairy Wing on that Bellewstown run. Dan Noir's only success came on this track over two years ago but appears to need further.
