In depth

Verdict

Dancing On My Own produced two fine efforts in big fields before an excellent run behind Klassical Dream in a Grade 1 novices' hurdle at Leopardstown but then pulled up when tackling this trip on the Coral Cup at Cheltenham. Days Without End has won a bumper and scored twice under Flat Rules though was beaten a long way into second behind Elimay over hurdles at Punchestown in May. The winner's yard is represented here by DIAMOND HILL, who has been disappointing in four starts over hurdles but who has won a bumper and remains unbeaten on the Flat after two starts, the latest earlier this month at Bellewstown. He should make a hurdler and gets the nod over Sky Marshal, three times a winner on the all-weather and only beaten a head over 3m in a Cork maiden hurdle last time. The progressive Roscommon bumper winner Caer may prove best of the remainder.
