It would be no surprise if a couple of these went on to win in Listed company before the end of the season. ELIDOR's victory in the King George V handicap at Royal Ascot is working out well as third Bold Sniper won next time and fourth Cap O'Rushes landed the Gordon Stakes here on Tuesday. Sixth Salutation has also won since and, with Pether's Moon and Shrewd looking held on the form book, Mick Channon's improving colt is taken to go in again ahead of Havana Cooler. Despite playing up at the start, the latter beat Pether's Moon at Newmarket and should continue heading in the right direction. Royal Skies didn't get home in the Queen's Vase and was eased. He looks the pick of the Johnston trio here, however, and better handicapped than London Bridge and Royal Signaller.
