Verdict
FREE WIND is clear at the weights despite a penalty for winning a Group 2 at York in May. It was soft going when she won last year’s Lancashire Oaks and she looks the one to beat. The mostly consistent River Of Stars landed a Group 2 over today’s trip at York back in May and is preferred to Time Lock who was beaten by Luisa Casati in Listed company here earlier in the year. Peripatetic also landed a Listed race when scoring here in June though that was on fast ground while all of the three-year-olds face a tough task today despite the weight-for-age concession.
