Verdict
The lightly raced MAIMOONA is selected to land this with various question marks hanging over some of his rivals. Third at this venue last time out, the race did not pan out to suit her as she was forced to race on her own up the centre of the track. She was previously a very easy winner at Ripon and looked a sprinter that could go places. She clearly likes to get her toe in and she is the one to beat. Brassini drops back to six furlongs having raced over seven and eight furlongs recently. He looks vulnerable to more natural sprinters in the line up here while Royal Intruder is best forgiven for his last run as the ground at Doncaster was too testing for him. He appears high enough in the weights for what he has achieved though and some look better handicapped than him. Phantom Whisper has dropped to his last winning mark but is throughly exposed and Maimoona looks the safest option in this sprint handicap.
