    Verdict

    Bulldog Spirit won a lower grade contest at Doncaster by only a neck so the progressive FAIRBANKS looks the one to beat. The latter has shown his true colours since fitted with a visor and won at Haydock before romping home by a wide margin at Leicester. He can defy a penalty again given he’s due to be raised 11lb. Maiden winner Golspie makes his handicap debut while Reina Del Mar is back on a winning mark and makes more appeal than Star Caliber.
