In depth

Verdict

It will be surprising if Asian Tiger does not improve for his debut run and he is expected to be the one they all have to get past here. Detonate and Withering Lady are hard to split on what they have shown to date and also come into the race as likely types to find a little more. Whereas Empire Ghodha is a speedy sort that should play a hand somewhere along the line today. Market confidence will obviously be the best indication for any of the newcomers; especially Ragged Glory, who hails from the same yard as the selection. However, Asian Tiger really caught the eye when he finished second from a bad draw at York and he is a strong fancy to improve on that run today.
