This is very open and, from a shortlist containing Guns Blazing, One Way Ticket, Mimic, Redwood Star and Yorkies Bay, we will side with One Way Ticket. A draw close to the stands side rail is one thing that drew us to the selection, that and the fact that he ran well at Nottingham five days ago. Clearly in good heart, we will take him to run well again. Given that Guns Blazing is just two pounds higher than for a Lingfield win last June, he too has to be respected but the topweight, Blythe Spirit, has never won at less than six furlongs and Golden Dixie's best recent efforts have come on the all-weather. Mimic is now on a more-competitive mark but is stall 17 a good draw? Jagged is worth a try at this trip on Turf now, while Taboor is just four pounds above a winning mark from last summer. Redwood Star's sole career win to date came over course and distance but that was 20 months ago. However, she has been running respectably of late and is closely weighted with One Way Ticket based on recent Brighton runs. Attorney ought to be able to run respectably from his low mark, but his best Turf wins have been with juice in the ground. Binnion Bay drops back to five furlongs for the first time since winning his maiden here, so any money for him might be interesting, while Yorkies Bay certainly caught the eye over five furlongs at Lingfield in September and this is his first run over that trip since then, and Indian Bazaar has a chance based on bits of form but lacks a recent run. It's an open affair that closes the card, then, with the vote going to One Way Ticket.
