Verdict

There are some nicely-bred newcomers in this namely Galactic Jack, whose dam finished second in the Irish Oaks, and It's All About You. The latter is a half-brother to two winners in France but the experience of SIR LAURENCE GRAFF (NAP) could count for plenty. Brother to a Listed winner who finished fourth in last year’s St Leger, the Galileo colt missed the break on debut at Haydock but was staying on strongly until hampered in the closing stages. He probably has more scope than The Parent, who didn’t improve on his first run when favourite at Newmarket. New Dayrell shaped nicely at Sandown, despite a high head carriage, and looks best of the rest.
