    Verdict

Wings Of Dawn can make the most of the weight concession from her older rivals, with Dark Parade, Picacho and Primondo seen as the main dangers. Wings Of Dawn has been frustrating to place in the past, but a step up to a mile and five furlongs worked the trick at Bath last month, and this extra three furlongs is not seen as a problem for Marcus Tregoning's filly. With just 8st 5lb on her back, she can begin to make up for lost time. Dark Parade looks the best of Gary Moore's pair, and he bids to get the losses back after going down at Kempton last month. He always gives the impression that he is about to come and do the business but has found one too good on more than one occasion. Another place beckons, while Picacho did not beat much over the course-and-distance last time and has a bit more to do off his current rating. Primondo has topweight to overcome but responded to a first-time visor when scoring at Warwick, and will handle the going, so has to merit a mention at least. We look to the other end of the handicap for the winner though, in the shape of Wings Of Dawn.
