        Verdict

        Three-year-olds have a decent record in this but Be Bold is laden down with a big weight carrying a penalty for winning at Newbury during the week. SOME SHOW makes more appeal of that age group despite returning from a lay-off as Henry Candy's filly is one of the least exposed and there was cut in the ground when she won her maiden at Windsor last year. Bookmaker won on the Turf at Lingfield last time and Hipz scored at Salisbury under today's apprentice. Both are preferred to recent runners-up Rocket Rob and Pensax Lad with the latter pair at their best on a faster surface.
