Verdict
Some interesting runners line up for this Group 3 event including the unbeaten trio of Favourita, Red Peony and Salamanca but Luas Line has the best form and gets the vote. The selection, a Cork maiden winner earlier this month, looked an improving filly when finding just Aidan O'Brien's Silk And Scarlet too good in a Group 2 race at The Curragh six days later. This strictly represents a drop in class and David Wachman's daughter of Danehill could prove too good for her rivals. Sir Mark Prescott's Red Peony, a well-supported winner at Epsom on her debut, looks the pick of the unbeaten trio and makes more appeal than Justaquestion. Ian Wood's filly sprung a surprise when winning at Ascot's Shergar Cup meeting and, while having to be respected, she looks more exposed than many of her rivals. The maiden Subyan Dreams has shown plenty of promise and Peter Chapple-Hyam's two-year-olds remain in good form. French raider Nanabanana will be suited by the underfoot conditions and is another worthy of a mention along with Mark Johnston's Jane Jubilee but it is Luas Line that gets the vote.
