      Verdict

      By Starlight has gone close twice off higher mark since scoring over course and distance in June but QUENELLE D’OR, also a winner here, has improved since finishing behind the four-year-old at Newmarket in June and is better off at the weights. Crown Power needs more but Maytal is running well, though has been beaten off lower marks the last twice and Betty Crean L A has gone up 2lb for finishing second in a lower grade at Windsor.
